Why should I book my stay here instead of Airbnb?

Our properties are available for short term and 1-6 month stays through third party online travel agencies - Airbnb & VRBO. Booking directly through our website minimizes service fees while providing the same quality stay and amenities.

What are the requirements to book directly?

Minimum age is 25 and be willing to provide proof at the time of reservation. The person booking will be responsible for all other persons staying in the property during the reservation. A valid credit card will need to be presented for any incidentals. (see more information below)

What’s the process of booking directly?

After completing the online reservation process, we’ll review your reservation to make sure all the information is complete and that it meets our minimum night stay and other requirements. You’ll receive confirmation of your reservation within two business days.

When will card be charged?

At the time you make your reservation, 100% of the accommodations fee will be charged to your credit card.

Check-in details will be sent five days before your arrival

Can we set up multiple payments?

We do not accept installments. 100% of the accommodation fees will be charged to your credit card at the time of your reservation.

What fees are included?

Besides the accommodation fees, reservation fees include, but are not limited to, lodging taxes, cleaning fees, management fees, and pet fees when applicable.

What is your cancellation & refund policy?

We allow free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before check in. If check-in is within 29 days or less, you can cancel up to 14 days before check in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate in addition to the cleaning fee. All cancellations must be in writing.

What if we need to change/alter our reservation?

Send us an email before the cancellation deadline and we will do our best to accommodate you! 

Can I bring my pet?

We do not allow pets. If there is evidence of a pet, a $150 violation fee will be charged and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

What if there’s an issue at the property?

We’ll do everything in our power to ensure your stay is comfortable and hassle free. If there is a malfunction or any issue, we ask that you let us know immediately by texting us at (864) 314-3812 or (864) 221-0361. We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time.

What’s the process for check in?

Similar to online platforms like Airbnb or VRBO, we will send all your check in details prior to your stay 5 days before your arrival. You’ll have all the information you need to find the house and access the dwelling at your convenience after the posted check in time.

Will anyone be on the premises during my stay?

No, this is a private residence. That being said, you may see lawn maintenance workers outside. We try to handle any maintenance issues of the homes between reservations, but should there be a need for someone to come inside during your stay, we will reach out to you first.

What are the rental rules?

We encourage you to read over the property’s specific house rules in addition to the following rules:

·      No smoking or vaping indoors

·      No pets

·      No illegal drugs or substances

·      No fireworks, firearms, explosives, or dangerous items

·      Candle or incense burning is not permitted

Are linens and supplies provided?

Yes! You’ll find starter items such as coffee, creamer, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher soap and dish soap in your property. Once these items have been exhausted, it is your responsibility to replenish as needed during the length of your stay.

May I invite visitors to the property?

We do not allow gatherings, events, or parties. Our home is intended for confirmed overnight guests. Visitors may come onto the property only with written permission prior to your stay.
